Meet Pastor Shavon
Pastor Shavon Smith, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, is a #1 best-selling author, certified TEDx speaker, philanthropist, and serialpreneur who has ignited the hearts of people across the globe through the message of purpose, faith, and love. Her love for God and her commitment to serving and helping others is evident through her lifestyle of service.
As a pastor, mentor, and a high-rising media influencer she is committed to a lifestyle of service that promotes permanent change and enhanced authenticity. Her journey as a serialpreneur and trailblazer has allowed her the liberty to launch her publishing company, Prize Publishing House. She also hosts Cyber Church weekly on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube where believers from all over the world tune in for practical teaching, prayer, and empowerment through the Word. Her entrepreneurial journey has helped her to serve thousands of other business owners, authors, and ministries.
In August 2023, Pastor Smith received her Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Leadership from School of the Great Commission Bible College & Seminary. She is also a recipient of the 2023 International Peace Award from the International College of Peace Studies in Nairobi, Kenya. This highly sought-after speaker strives to impact the world by empowering others through real-life demonstration. The ministry of Pastor Smith transcends gender, ethnicities, and generations, as her only target is to redeem the lost through the demonstrated power of God’s love and restoration. Her #1 goal is to shift generations indefinitely by leaving a legacy for her loving husband, Pastor Cheyenne Smith, and their eight beautiful children.
Meet Pastor Cheyenne
Pastor Cheyenne Smith, a Philadelphia native, overcame a challenging upbringing in a single-parent household in West Philadelphia. After turning to the streets at age 12 and engaging in drug sales during his teen years, he faced incarceration in the Maryland Correctional Facility in 1996 and a 10-year sentence in 1997. However, through a transformative encounter with an “Angel Attorney,” his sentence was reduced to time served and probation.
This life-changing experience led Pastor Smith to accept Christ in 2000, dedicating his life to ministry. He trained under Bishop Curley Guidry Sr. at Greater Bryant’s Temple COGIC, becoming a licensed minister in 2005 and ordained in 2007. He later served under Bishop David G. Evans at Bethany Baptist Church for five years.
In 2016, Pastor Smith founded New Generation Church ("New G"), where he is affectionately known as “Pastor C.” Renowned for his dynamic and relatable preaching, he serves his congregation with dedication and is also recognized for his expertise in fashion, styling many across the country.
In July 2015, the Lord blessed Pastor Smith to open his own Men’s Boutique in Somerdale, NJ, all while obtaining his Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance. In April 2023 Pastor Smith opened his second location in Dallas, TX. Pastor Smith married his lovely bride August 7th, 2020 also known as his GIFT the international voice of the gospel, author, and CEO Pastor Shavon Smith. Together they have eight children Cheykiyah, Cheniya, Clarence III, Shyanne, Marlon, Kaya, Kalyn and Cheyenne Jr. They also have a grandchild Dominque (DJ)
