Supports the Senior Pastor and leadership team by providing assistance, security, and spiritual covering during services and check-ins throughout the week.
Empowers and nurtures the spiritual growth of women through fellowship, mentorship, Bible study, and outreach tailored to women’s issues and experiences.
Supports the spiritual growth and fellowship of men through mentorship, teaching, outreach, and events addressing men’s roles in faith, family, and community.
Provides safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers during services, allowing parents to participate in worship distraction-free.
Delivers age-appropriate biblical teaching and activities for children (typically ages 4–12) during church services, fostering spiritual development.
Engages elementary and middle school aged children with relevant teaching, discipleship, and activities that encourage spiritual growth, identity in Christ, and fellowship.
Engages teenagers with relevant teaching, discipleship, and activities that encourage spiritual growth, identity in Christ, and fellowship.
Ministers to individuals ages 18–35 with relevant programs, discipleship, and events that foster spiritual growth and community connection.
Leads outreach efforts to share the Gospel in the community through witnessing, events, and evangelistic training.
Promotes physical, mental, and emotional health through education, fitness activities, and resources that support holistic well-being.
Includes all music ministries, including choirs, worship teams, and musicians, ensuring music aligns with the church’s doctrine and enhances worship experiences.
Oversees sound systems during worship services and events, ensuring high-quality audio production for both in-person and online experiences.
Manages visual presentations, livestreams, video recordings, social media, and all digital content to extend the church's reach and enhance engagement
Welcomes and orients new members, helping them understand the church’s vision, get involved in ministries, and build community connections.
Coordinates service projects and community engagement programs to meet physical and spiritual needs beyond the church walls.
Uses interpretive and liturgical dance as a form of worship and expression during services and special events, supporting spiritual and artistic development.
Assists with church governance, supports pastoral leadership, and serves the congregation through spiritual care, communion, and logistical support.
Ensures regular follow-ups with members to check on their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, especially during hardships or absences.
Creates a welcoming environment by greeting attendees, guiding seating, and supporting the flow and comfort of church services and events.
Ensures the safety of the congregation, staff, and property during all services and events by maintaining order and emergency readiness.
